Quality Director
The Quality Director will provide strategic and functional leadership of all Quality Assurance activities for the organization. The Quality Director is responsible for all policy, procedures, systems and measurements, and reporting of daily metrics as relating to quality issues and performance. Qualified candidates must have 10+ years of management experience overseeing Quality programs in a manufacturing environment with ISO certification.

Procurement Director
Manage the procurement/purchasing function of the company. Develop department policy and procedure. Accepts and scrutinizes vendor bids or proposals. Qualified candidates should have proven experience developing a strategic pricing model and marketing plan for procurement and proven experience directing purchasing/procurement within a manufacturing or supply chain operation. This position requires 7-10 years experience. CPM preferred.

Automation Engineer
The Automation Engineer may work independently or provide support and service in all areas of optical disc manufacturing. This includes supporting mechanical and electrical equipment, operations and systems. In addition, the Automation Engineer identifies and implements process improvements to operations by enhancing product flow, shortening production lead-times and increasing productivity. The Automation Engineer also identifies, evaluates and commissions new equipment.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Applied Science in a related discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering)

Technician/Operator – Full-time, 12 hour rotating shifts
Technician/Operator will troubleshoot, maintain, calibrate, operate and improve automated molding, printing and packaging equipment.
